We strive every day to make the SGGW Campus a place where we can feel comfortable and safe. With our entire community in mind, we are constantly improving our safety management system to respond faster, help more effectively and support everyone even better in difficult, unforeseen situations.

We provide security by:

The Monitoring Centre (in future the Security Management Centre) – is the central unit responsible for receiving calls, day-to-day monitoring of the situation and coordination of services.

Centralisation of the safety management process – all requests and actions go through a single point of contact, increasing efficiency and reducing the risk of errors.

Operation of the SGGW Academic Guard – this has become the main entity responsible for physical security on campus.

One emergency call – streamlining communication and reducing response times.

Cooperation with an external security agency and the Police.

How does the system work, or what to do in the event of an emergency?

Incident reporting – anyone on campus should report a situation requiring intervention.

Academic Guard response – a special intervention patrol is dispatched to the site.

Coordination of activities – The Monitoring Centre oversees the entire process, from notification to completion.

Report and follow-up – data is collected, situation analysis is conducted
and, if necessary, further actions are implemented.

In case of worrying incidents or emergencies:

Let’s work together to ensure safety!

Let’s remember – everyone has a stake in the safety of our community. Let’s be vigilant, report situations of concern, and look out for each other.
