Food Symposium 3.0

The Food Symposium 3.0 conference, co-organized by our University, Mendel University in Brno, and the LSU AgCenter in Louisiana, will be held on March 20-24, 2023. The theme of this year’s edition is: “Transatlantic cooperation for the adaptation and resilience of the food system from fields to consumers.” The aim of Food Symposium 3.0 is to take a multidisciplinary approach to food.

March 23, 2023, will be devoted to student and doctoral student presentations. Participants will present their work in the form of a 10-minute online presentation. Furthermore, participants will be able to present the results of their research in the form of posters, which will be available on the event website. Participation in the conference is free of charge.
