ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP POSTGRADUATE STUDIES IN BAVARIA
Well-grounded specialist knowledge, the ability to work in an interdisciplinary way and international experience are essential requirements for academics in Europe today.
Postgraduate studies abroad can com-plement and enhance qualifications earned during undergraduate studies, while also making an important contri-bution to personal development. Thus, you will be better equipped to meet the challenges of practical work, scientific research and theory.
The Free State of Bavaria awards annual scholarships to higher education insti-tution graduates from Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine who have opted for postgradu-ate studies in Bavaria.

Funding is provided for postgraduate studies, research sojourns and doctoral studies at state and state-funded higher education institutions in Bavaria. Most importantly, you need to make it clear to us in your application that your post-graduate studies bear a meaningful con-nection to your undergraduate degree and that they will bring you closer to your professional goals.
The aim of the annual scholarship pro-gram is to promote scientific coopera-tion and student exchanges between Bavaria and Central, Eastern and South-eastern Europe.
